NOW ENROLLING FOR THE 2010-2011 SCHOOL YEAR!

Step 1:

Fill out this form by listing each student who will be enrolling.

Step 2: Please print and read the following documents. Be sure to sign where indicated and return these signed documents via mail, FAX, email, or in person.

Step 3: Pay your registration and application fees.

Step 4: Fill out the class registration form for each student and return to the office. (2009-2010 Secondary Class Schedules will be available April 15, 2010)

Step 5: Order your student’s curriculum. (Make sure all curriculum will arrive before August 15th.)
